This design has two parts integrated into it. The first part helps with the elbow flexion and extension. A motor would be attached to the side of the elbow which would connect to the forearm and bicep supports of the exoskeleton. When the motor turns it would pull the arm so that it does a bicep curl-like motion. The second part of the design helps with the wrist pronation and supination. There are two cuffs, one attached to the wrist and one on the forearm, with a motor attached to the cuff on the forearm. When the motor is activated it would pull the wrist in the desired direction (think of it like turning a key to unlock a door).
